Reception to Commemorate 5th Annual California Space Week — March 4, 2004 — California Capitol Hill Bulletin — Volume 11, Bulletin 7

A reception for the California Congressional Delegation will be held in conjunction with the celebration of the 5th Annual California Space Week. The reception, sponsored by the California Space Authority (CSA), will be held from 5 PM to 7 PM on Wednesday, March 17, 2004 in Room 2325 of the Rayburn House Office Building in Washington. Members of the California Congressional Delegation and their staffs are invited to attend.

During California Space Week, government and industry representatives will be in Washington to discuss the California Space Authority and space enterprise needs in California generally, and to focus particularly on issues related to base closures, support for the President’s initiative to the Moon and Mars, export controls, and homeland security efforts that utilize space enterprise.
